বিয়েতে কনের সাজ থাকে সবার আকর্ষণের কেন্দ্রবিন্দুতে। নতুন বউকে কেমন লাগছে এটা হয় আলোচনার সব থেকে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়। কিন্তু বিয়ের আগের শপিং, অফিসের কাজ আর বাইরে ছোটাছুটিতে দেখা যায়, নিজের যত্ন নেয়ার সময় করে উঠতে পারেন না অনেকেই। বেশীরভাগ মেয়েরা মনে করেন বিয়ের এক সপ্তাহ আগে, পার্লারে গিয়ে পা থেকে মাথা পর্যন্ত একটা ফুল ব্রাইডাল প্যাকেজ করে নিলেই হবে। কিন্তু সেটা করলে কিন্তু আসলে টাকা নষ্ট ছাড়া খুব বেশি উপকার আপনি পাবেন না।
বিশেষজ্ঞরা বলেন, বিয়ের আগে নিজের যত্ন নেওয়াটা শুধুই রূপচর্চা নয়। কনে বিয়ের আগে থেকেই সুস্থ, সুন্দর ও প্রাণবন্ত থাকলে নতুন মানুষদের সঙ্গে নতুন একটা জীবন শুরু করার সময়টাতে বাড়তি চাপ অনুভব করেন না। তাই বিয়েতে নিজেকে আকর্ষণীয় দেখাতে চাইলে নিজের যত্ন নেয়ার প্রস্তুতি শুরু করতে হবে এক মাস আগে থেকেই। তাহলে বিয়ের দিন তাকে আরও বেশি সুন্দর ও প্রাণবন্ত দেখাবে। মনে রাখেবেন আপনি যত ‘স্ট্রেস ফ্রি’ থাকবে, বিয়ের দিন আপনাকে দেখতে তত বেশি সুন্দর লাগবে৷

উজ্জ্বল ত্বকের জন্য
বিয়ের আগে নানা কাজ আর মানসিক চাপে চেহারায় ক্লান্তিভাব চলে আসে। কনের সাজ এর জন্য তাই আগে থেকে ত্বকের যত্ন নেওয়া প্রয়োজন। বিয়ের অন্তত ১৫ দিন আগে থেকে ত্বকের যত্ন নিলে বিয়ের দিন আরও বেশি সুন্দর ও প্রাণবন্ত দেখাবে। বিয়ের আগে ত্বকের যেসব পরিচর্যা করবেন কনেরা-
তৈলাক্ত ত্বক
তৈলাক্ত ত্বকের জন্য টকদই ও বেসনের প্যাক ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। চাইলে শুধু কমলার রস নিয়ে তুলা দিয়ে মুখে লাগিয়ে নিতে পারেন। তবে ব্রণ থাকলে কমলার রস মুখে লাগাবেন না। শসা ব্লেন্ড করেও ব্যবহার করা যায়। গাজর, হলুদ আর টকদইয়ের মিশ্রণও প্যাক হিসেবে ব্যবহার করা যায়। অতিরিক্ত তৈলাক্ত ভাব থাকলে এক-দুই ফোঁটা লেবুর রস মিশিয়ে নিতে পারেন। এছাড়া সপ্তাহে দুই-তিনবার মুখে মাস্ক ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। এতে ত্বকের ময়লা দূর হবে এবং ত্বক উজ্জ্বল দেখাবে।
আদর্শ জীবনসঙ্গী খুঁজতে
স্বাভাবিক ত্বক
স্বাভাবিক ত্বকের জন্য হলুদ, দুধের সর, মধু ও মসুর ডালের বেসন দিয়ে প্যাক তৈরি করা যায়। এর সঙ্গে চালের গুঁড়া মিশিয়ে নিলে স্ক্রাবিং করতে পারবেন।
শুষ্ক ত্বক
শুষ্ক ত্বকের জন্য দুধের সর, মসুর ডাল ও মধু দিয়ে প্যাক তৈরি করতে পারেন। কাঠবাদাম, হলুদ, দুধের সর ও মধু দিয়ে প্যাক তৈরি করুন। শুধু অ্যালোভেরার রসও ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। চাইলে দুধ, মধু ও জাফরানের প্যাক লাগাতে পারেন। দুধের সর, মুলতানি মাটি ও ময়দা বা বেসন মিশিয়েও ব্যবহার করা যায়।
স্ক্রাবিংয়ের জন্য কাঠবাদাম, হলুদ, দুধের সর ও মধুর মিশ্রণে চালের গুঁড়া মিশিয়ে নিতে পারেন। তৈলাক্ত ত্বক স্ক্রাবিংয়ের জন্য গাজর, হলুদ ও টকদইয়ের সঙ্গে চালের গুঁড়া মেশানো যায়। এসব স্ক্রাবার হাত-পায়ের জন্যও ভালো।
আরও কিছু টিপস
১. প্যাক লাগানোর ১৫ মিনিট পর কুসুম গরম পানি দিয়ে ধুয়ে ফেলুন। এরপর শুষ্ক ত্বকে টোনার ব্যবহার করুন। তৈলাক্ত ত্বকের জন্য ব্যবহার করুন অ্যাস্ট্রিনজেন্ট।
২. ১৫ দিন পর পর একটি কুইক ফেসিয়াল বা যেকোনো ডিপ ক্লিনজিং ফেসিয়াল করে আসুন পার্লার থেকে। পার্লারে গিয়ে আপনার ত্বকের ধরন ও সমস্যা বলে দিলে তারাই আপনাকে মানানসই ফেসিয়াল করিয়ে দেবে।
৩. যেদিন হলুদমিশ্রিত প্যাক ব্যবহার করবেন, সেদিন আর রোদে যাবেন না। আর আপনার ত্বকে হলুদ মানিয়ে না গেলে হলুদ বাদ দিয়ে দিতে হবে।
৪. বিয়ের আগের এই সময়টাতে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী দুই-তিনবার ফেসিয়াল করান। ত্বকের ধরন বুঝে ফেসিয়াল বেছে নিন। অন্য কোনো সমস্যা না থাকলে ডিপ ক্লিনিং বা ব্রাইটেনিং ফেসিয়াল করাতে পারেন, কোলাজেন ফেসিয়ালও বেছে নিতে পারেন। ত্বক সুস্থ থাকলে মেকআপ ভালোভাবে চেহারায় মানিয়ে যায়।
৫. যাঁরা ওয়্যাক্সিং করাতে চান, তাঁরা বিয়ের দুই দিন আগে করিয়ে নিন। ভ্রু প্লাক করতে চাইলে বিয়ের দুই-তিন দিন আগেই করিয়ে নেওয়া ভালো।
৬. অতিরিক্ত ভারী মেকআপ না করাই ভালো।
৭. বিয়ের আগে কেনাকাটা করতে প্রতিদিনই বেরোতে হয়। বাইরে বের হওয়ার আগে এবং ঘরে ঢোকার পর মুখ ধুয়ে নিতে ভুলবেন না। ক্লান্তির জন্য মুখ না ধুয়ে শুয়ে পড়লে মুখে ব্রণ বা আঁচিল উঠতে পারে। ত্বক পরিষ্কার করার পর ময়েশ্চারাইজার লাগান। গ্লিসারিন বা অলিভ ওয়েলও ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
এক্সফলিয়েট করুন
ত্বকের ছোপ ছোপ কালো দাগ বা পোড়াভাব দূর করতে এক্সফলিয়েট করতে স্ক্রাব ব্যবহার করুন সপ্তাহে এক-দুবার। স্ক্রাব বানিয়ে নিতে পারেন ১ টেবিল চামচ অলিভ অয়েলের সঙ্গে ১ চা চামচ চিনি মিশিয়ে। এটি হাত ও পায়ে দিয়ে ভালো করে ম্যাসাজ করুন সাত মিনিট
কমলা লেবুর খোসা শুকিয়ে গুঁড়া করে একটি বোতলে ভরে রাখুন। গোসলের সময় কাঁচা দুধে গুড়া মিশিয়ে মুখে, কাঁধে ও গলায় মেখে ৫ মিনিট অপেক্ষা করুন। এরপর হালকা ম্যাসাজ করে ধুয়ে ফেলুন। সপ্তাহে ৩ দিন ব্যবহার করবেন। অথবা ২ চা চামচ বেসন, ২চা চামচ ময়দা, ২চা চামচ বাদাম তেল, ২ চা চামচ গোলাপ পানি মিশিয়ে মুখ ও গলায় লাগিয়ে রাখুন ২০ মিনিট হালকা ম্যাসাজ করে ধুয়ে ফেলুন। সপ্তাহে ২ দিন।
ত্বকের মরা কোষ ঝরানোর জন্য ২ টেবিল চামচ ওটমিল ও অ্যালোভেরার জেল, ২ চা চামচ চিনি এবং ১ চা চামচ লেবুর রস একসঙ্গে মিলিয়ে ত্বকে ব্যবহার করে ৩ মিনিট পর ভেজা ও নরম হাতে ম্যাসাজ করে হালকা গরম পানি দিয়ে ধুয়ে নিন। এভাবে প্রতি সপ্তাহে একবার মরা চামড়ার কোষ ঝরানো যেতে পারে।
মুখের দাগ দূর করতে কনের সাজ
ব্রণের দাগ কমাতে নিম এবং চন্দন বাটা একসঙ্গে মেখে ত্বকে লাগাতে পারেন। ত্বকে যদি পোড়া দাগ থাকে তবে মসুর ডালের গুঁড়ো, কাঁচা দুধ, আলুর রস পেস্ট করে মুখে লাগিয়ে রাখতে হবে। ২০ মিনিট পর পরিষ্কার পানি দিয়ে ধুয়ে নিন।
মুখে কালো ছোপ বা মেছতার দাগ দূর করতে হলে কাঁচা দুধ, তুলসীপাতার রস, ময়দা পেস্ট করে মুখে লাগিয়ে ২০ মিনিট পর ধুয়ে ফেলতে হবে।
কোমল ঠোঁটের জন্য
ঠোঁটের কালো ভাব দূর করতে ১ চা চামচ মধু, ১ চা চামচ লেবুর রস ও ১ চা চামচ চিনি মিশিয়ে স্ক্রাব বানিয়ে প্রতিদিন ৩/৪ মিনিট ঠোঁটে হাল্কা করে ম্যাসাজ করুন। ঠোঁট মসৃণ করতে আমন্ড তেল, দুধের সর ও মধু মিশিয়ে লাগাতে পারেন। এছাড়া ঘাড় ও পিঠের কালো ছোপ দূর করতে মসুর ডাল বাটা, দই এবং কয়েক ফোঁটা লেবুর রস মিশিয়ে ঘাড় ও পিঠে লাগিয়ে রাখতে হবে। আধ ঘণ্টা পর আলতো করে ঘষে তুলে ফেলতে হবে।
ঝকঝকে দাঁত
প্রতিদিন সকালে নাস্তার পরে ও রাতে শোয়ার আগে সঠিক নিয়মে দাঁত ব্রাশ করুন। কোমল পানীয় পানেও অবশ্যই সতর্ক থাকুন। কেননা, এসবেও দাঁতে দাগ হওয়ার আশঙ্কা থাকে। দাঁত ঝকঝকে সাদা করতে সপ্তাহে একবার পেস্টের সঙ্গে সামান্য বেকিং পাউডার ব্যবহার করুন। টুথপেস্টের সঙ্গে লবণ ব্যবহার করুন দাঁতের দাগ হালকা হবে । আর দাঁত ও মাড়িতে কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে আগেই ডাক্তারের পরামর্শ নিতে পারেন।
চোখের উজ্জ্বলতা বাড়াতে কনের সাজ
চোখের চারপাশে কালো ভাব চেহারাকে বুড়িয়ে দেয়। কনের সাজ এ আপনার চোখের জাদু ছড়াতে দরকার প্রয়োজনীয় পরিচর্যা। চোখের নিচের কালো দাগ দূর করার জন্য শসা ও আলুর রস গোলাপজলে মিশিয়ে ফ্রিজে ঠাণ্ডা করে নিয়ে তুলায় ভিজিয়ে চোখে দিন। এভাবে কিছুদিন মিশ্রণটি চোখে লাগালে চোখের উজ্জ্বলতা বাড়বে।
চোখে যদি ফোলা ভাব থাকে তাহলে চোখের কাছে আমন্ড তেল দিয়ে ম্যাসাজ করতে হবে। পাকা কলা ও পেঁপে পাতলা করে কেটে চোখে দিয়ে রাখতে হবে। এতে চোখের ফোলা ভাব কমে যাবে।
চুলের যত্ন
আমাদের দেশে এখনো দেখা যায় কনের চুল নিয়ে শ্বশুরবাড়ির অনেকের মধ্যেই বেশ আগ্রহ থাকে। তাই কনের সাজ এ এখন থেকেই চুলের যত্ন নিন যাতে পরবর্তীতে বিব্রত না হতে হয়। চুল পড়া বন্ধ করতে, মসৃণ ও কোমল চুলের জন্য মেনে চলুন কিছু টিপস-
টিপস ১
চুলের যত্নে প্রতিদিন একটি করে ডিম মাথার ত্বক ও চুলে ম্যাসাজ করে ২০ মিনিট পর ধুয়ে নিতে পারেন। অথবা তিনটা অ্যালোভেরার পাতা থেকে ভালো করে জেল বের করে নিয়ে মধু মিশিয়ে মাথার ত্বকে লাগিয়ে ২০ মিনিট রেখে ধুয়ে নিন।
টিপস ২
সপ্তাহে দুই থেকে তিন দিন নারকেলের দুধ, পাতি লেবুর রস ও নিমপাতা বাটা মিশিয়ে প্যাক বানিয়ে চুলে লাগিয়ে রাখুন। ১ ঘণ্টা পর শ্যাম্পু করে ফেলুন। শেষে দুধ ও মধুর মিশ্রণ দিয়ে চুল ধুয়ে নিন।
টিপস ৩
চুলের রুক্ষতা দূর করতে সপ্তাহে তিন দিন চুলে তেল লাগিয়ে এ প্যাকটি ব্যবহার করুন। এক চামচ নারকেল তেল, এক চামচ কাস্টার অয়েল, এক চামচ ভিনেগার, এক চামচ শ্যাম্পু, একটা পাকা কলা ও এক চামচ মধু মিশিয়ে প্যাক বানিয়ে চুলে লাগিয়ে রাখুন ৪০ মিনিট। এরপর পানি দিয়ে চুল ধুয়ে ফেলুন।
টিপস ৪
তেলের সঙ্গে জবাফুল এবং আমলকি দিয়ে ১০ মিনিট জ্বাল দিন। তেল ঠাণ্ডা হলে ছেঁকে রেখে দিন। এই তেল ব্যবহারে আপনার চুল পড়া বন্ধ হবে। এছাড়াও এক চা চামচ মধু ও যে কোনো ব্র্যান্ডের এক চা চামচ তেল একসঙ্গে মিশিয়ে তুলা দিয়ে মাথায় মাখুন। এরপর শ্যাম্পু দিয়ে চুল ধুয়ে নিন। চুল ভালো রাখতে নিয়মিত ‘ভিটামিন-ই’ ক্যাপসুল খেতে পারেন।
টিপস ৫
তৈলাক্ত চুলের জন্য দুই মুঠ পুদিনা পাতা আধা গ্লাস পানিতে ফুটিয়ে মিশ্রণ তৈরি করে ২০ মিনিট ফুটিয়ে নিন। এরপর ৩০০ গ্রাম শ্যাম্পুর সঙ্গে মিশিয়ে চুলে লাগিয়ে পরে চুল ধুয়ে ফেলুন।
টিপস ৬
চুলের ডগা ফেটে গেলে তা কাটা ছাড়া কোনো উপায় থাকে না। এজন্য নিয়ম করে চুলের যত্ন নিতে হবে। ২০০ গ্রাম নারকেল তেলের সঙ্গে ২০টা জবাফুল, ২টি আমলকী, ২ চামচ মেথি ১০ মিনিট ফুটিয়ে সপ্তাহে ২-৩ দিন এই মিশ্রণ চুলে লাগান। চুল আর ফেটে যাবে না।
টিপস ৭
খুশকি থেকে মুক্তি পেতে সপ্তাহে দুই দিন এই প্যাকটি লাগান। টকদই, একটি ডিস্ট্রিন ট্যাবলেট ও পাতিলেবুর রস একসঙ্গে মিশিয়ে পুরো স্ক্যাল্পে লাগিয়ে রাখুন। দু-ঘণ্টা পর শ্যাম্পু করে ফেলুন। শেষে চায়ের লিকারে পাতিলেবুর রস মিশিয়ে চুল ধুয়ে ফেলুন।
টিপস ৮
রোজমেরি অ্যাসেন্সিয়াল অয়েল ও অলিভ অয়েল মেশানো কন্ডিশনার ভেজা চুলে লাগান। হালকা কুসুম গরম পানিতে তোয়ালে ভিজিয়ে মাথায় জড়িয়ে রাখুন ৪৫ মিনিট। তারপর মাইল্ড শ্যাম্পু দিয়ে চুল শুকিয়ে নিন।
হাত ও পায়ের জন্য
কনের সাজ এ হাত ও পায়ের যত্ন বেশ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। সুন্দর ও কোমল হাত পায়ের জন্য প্রয়োজন হাত ও পায়ের নিয়মিত যত্ন। এজন্য ফলো করুন কিছু প্রয়োজনীয় টিপস-
টিপস ১
রোদে যাওয়ার আগে হাত ও পায়ে সানস্ক্রিন ক্রিম বা লোশন ব্যবহার করুন। গরম পানিতে শ্যাম্পু, শাওয়ার জেল বা ডেটল মিশিয়ে হাত-পা পরিষ্কার করতে পারেন। চালের গুঁড়া, দুধ, মধু, গাজর, জলপাই তেল, কাঁচা হলুদ ও শসার রস মিশিয়ে নিয়ে হাত ও পায়ে ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
টিপস ২
হাত-পায়ের নখগুলো পছন্দের শেপে কেটে নখে ক্রিম লাগিয়ে নিন। তারপর একটি পাত্রে গরম পানিতে শ্যাম্পু, লবণ ও লেবুর রস মিশিয়ে হাত-পা ১০ মিনিট ডুবিয়ে রাখুন। তারপর তোয়ালে দিয়ে হাত ও পা মুছে নখে ক্রিম দিয়ে কিছুক্ষণ ম্যাসাজ করুন।
টিপস ৩
নখের গোড়ায় জমে থাকা ময়লা পরিষ্কার করে স্ক্রাবে ঘষে মৃত কোষ তুলে ফেলুন। এরপর মুলতানি মাটি মধু এবং গোলাপ জলের পেস্ট তৈরি করে হাত-পায়ে মেখে ১৫ মিনিট রেখে পানি দিয়ে ধুয়ে নিন। হাত-পা মুছে ময়েশ্চারাইজিং লোশন লাগিয়ে নিন।

প্রতিদিন গোসলের সময় হাত-পা ভালোভাবে পরিষ্কার করুন এবং লোশন লাগান। অতিরিক্ত শুষ্ক ত্বক হলে সেক্ষেত্রে গ্লিসারিন বা গোলাপজলের সাথে সমপরিমাণ পানি মিশিয়ে নিন। রাতে শোবার আগে পা পরিষ্কার করে ময়েশ্চারাইজার ম্যাসাজ করুন।

হাত-পা কোমল রাখতে ভ্যাসলিন ও গ্লিসারিন মিশিয়ে লাগাতে পারেন। হাত-পায়ের কালো ছোপ দূর করতে পাতিলেবুর রস ও চিনি মিশিয়ে লাগান। এরপর পাতি লেবুর ছাল ঘষতে হবে যতক্ষণ না চিনি গলে যায়। বিয়ের এক মাস আগে থেকেই মাসে দুইবার মেনিকিউর-পেডিকিউর করুন।
কনের সাজ এ ফুল বডি পলিশিং
শসা বাটা, গাজর বাটা, কাঁচা হলুদ, লাল আটা, দুধ, জলপাই তেল মিশিয়ে প্যাক তৈরি করে এক দিন পরপর ব্যবহার করুন। ২০ মিনিট পর তেল দিয়ে মিশ্রণটি উঠিয়ে ত্বক পরিষ্কার করে ফেলুন। গোসলের পানিতে অ্যারোমা (চন্দন, জেসমিন বা অন্য কিছু) মিশিয়ে নিতে পারেন। এটি আপনাকে সতেজ রাখবে। বিয়ের নানা রকম স্ট্রেস, শপিং আর হাজার কাজের চাপে প্রভাব পড়ে শরীরের ত্বকেও। চাইলে পার্লারে গিয়েও বডি পলিশিং করাতে পারেন।
খাওয়া-দাওয়া
ত্বক সতেজ এবং সুন্দর রাখতে হলে আর্দ্রতা রক্ষা করতে হয়। তাই বিয়ের আগে শরীর এবং ত্বকের সুস্থতায় প্রতিদিন যত বেশি সম্ভব পানি পান করুন ও ফল খান। খাবারের ক্ষেত্রে বেশি বেশি ভিটামিনযুক্ত খাবার যেমন ভিটামিন ‘এ’ ও ‘বি’ আছে এমন ধরনের খাবার খেতে হবে। অতিরিক্ত পানি, শাকসবজি, দুধ, দই, পনির, টমেটো, গাজর খেতে হবে।
ত্বকে সুন্দর আভা আনতে ডাবের পানির কোনো তুলনা নেই। ডাবের পানি ভালো না লাগলে তাজা ফলের রস খান। তবে ডাবের পানি শরীর ঠাণ্ডা করে। এতে কোনো অতিরিক্ত ফ্যাট ও সুগারও নেই।
বিয়ের কেনাকাটা বা বাইরের অন্যান্য কাজ করতে গিয়ে যখন-তখন বাইরের ভাজা খাবার এড়িয়ে চলুন এবং যথেষ্ট পানি পান করুন৷ এতে ত্বক ভালো থাকবে৷ বেশি চা, কফি খাওয়া খেতে বিরত থাকুন। বেশি চা, কফি খেলে নার্ভ উত্তেজিত হয় এবং শরীর থেকে প্রয়োজনীয় পানি ও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ উপাদান বেরিয়ে যায়।
পরিমিত ঘুম
কনের সাজ এ বিয়েতে নিজেকে প্রাণবন্ত দেখাতে হলে আপনাকে পরিমিত ঘুমাতে হবে প্রতিদিন। শুধু বিয়ের আগে রাতে পরিমিত ঘুমালেই হবে না। সবসময়ই চেষ্টা করতে হবে রাতে যেন একটানা ৮ ঘণ্টা ঘুমাতে পারেন। এতে করে ত্বকের ক্লান্তিভাব কাটবে ও ত্বক আরো উজ্জ্বল লাগবে।
মানসিক চাপমুক্ত থাকুন
বিয়ের পর কাঁধে আসে অনেক দায়িত্ব। অন্যান্য প্রস্তুতির মতো বিয়ের জন্যও জন্যও প্রস্তুতি প্রয়োজন এবং তা ছেলে-মেয়ে উভয়েরই৷ তাই এ ব্যাপারে অভিজ্ঞ, বিশ্বাসী এবং যার সাথে আপনি খোলাখুলি কথা বলতে পারেন সেরকম একজন খুঁজে নিন৷
শাশুড়ি নিয়ে যদি আপনার মনে চিন্তা থাকে তাহলে আগেই ছেলের পরিবারের সাথে কথা বলে নিন। বিয়ের আগে এবং পরে জীবনে বেশ বড় পরিবর্তন হয়। তাই এ সময়টি পরিবারের সবার সঙ্গে উপভোগ করুন। সব মিলিয়ে বিয়ের আগের সময়টাতে মানসিক চাপমুক্ত থাকুন।
অহেতুক মানসিক দুশ্চিন্তা থেকে নিজেকে রিল্যাক্স রাখতে বিয়ের আগে থেকে নিয়মিত ৩০ মিনিট মেডিটেশন করুন। যদি ওজন কমানোর থাকে, তাহলে এক্সারসাইজ শুরু করুন, ডায়েট চার্ট বানিয়ে, নিয়ম করে খাওয়া-দাওয়া করুন। ডায়েট চার্টে প্রচুর পানি, প্রোটিন, ফল এবং সবজি রাখবেন।
