বিয়ের পর স্বামী-স্ত্রীর প্রথম সাক্ষাতের মধুময় সময়টা হচ্ছে বাসর রাত। লাভ ম্যারেজ বা অ্যারেঞ্জ ম্যারেজ দুটো ক্ষেত্রেই স্বামী-স্ত্রী বাসর রাত নিয়ে বেশ চিন্তিত এবং একই সাথে মনে মনে বেশ রোমাঞ্চ অনুভব করেন। একজন মুসলিম হিসেবে বাসর রাত এ নব দম্পতির কিছু করণীয় রয়েছে যেগুলো নিয়ে আজকের পোস্টে আলোচনা করছি।

বিয়ের পর স্বামী-স্ত্রীর সর্বপ্রথম কাজ হবে, বিয়ের মাধ্যমে নিজেদেরকে হারাম কাজ থেকে বেঁচে থাকার নিয়ত করা। বাসর রাত এর বাকি কাজগুলো নিচে আলোচনা করলাম।

বাসর রাত এ নফল নামাজ পড়া

বিয়ের সব আনুষ্ঠানিকতা শেষ করে নব দম্পতি বাসর রাত এ যখন প্রথমবার সাক্ষাত করবেন তখন কিছু আদব আছে। যদি স্ত্রী আগে থেকেই ঘরে থাকে তাহলে স্বামী শব্দ করে সালাম দিয়ে কক্ষে প্রবেশ করবে। স্ত্রী সালামের উত্তর দেবেন এবং যথাসম্ভব মুসাফাহা করে শয্যায় বসাবেন।

আর যদি স্বামী আগে থেকেই ঘরে থাকে, স্ত্রী যদি পরে ঘরে প্রবেশ করে, তাহলে স্ত্রী সালাম দিবেন। আর স্বামী সালামের জবাব দিবেন।

শুরুতেই আল্লাহ্‌ তাআলার সন্তুষ্টি অর্জনের জন্য দুই রাকাআত নফল নামাজ পড়বেন। নামাজে স্বামী আগে দাঁড়াবেন এবং স্ত্রী একটু পেছনে দাঁড়াবেন। দুই রাকআত নামাজ যেকোনো সূরা দিয়ে হতে পারে। তবে যদি পারেন তাহলে সূরা ইয়াসিন দিয়ে দুই রাকাত নামাজ আদায় করা সবচেয়ে উত্তম।

আদর্শ জীবনসঙ্গী খুঁজতে

তবে এটাও জেনে রাখা ভালো যে, বিয়ের পর বাসর রাত এ স্বামী-স্ত্রীর একসাথে নামাজ পড়া আবশ্যক নয়। এ নামাজ নবদম্পতির জন্য মোস্তাহাব আমল। সুতরাং বাসর রাত এ নামাজ পড়তেই হবে, না পড়লে গোনাহ হবে বা বিয়ে হবে না; বিষয়টি এমন নয়।

নামাজের পর দোয়া করা

বাসর রাত এ দুই রাকআত নফল নামাজ আদায়ের পর আপনার স্ত্রীর কপালে হাতে রেখে এই দোয়া পড়ুন-

‘আল্লাহুম্মা ইন্নী আসআলুকা খাইরাহা ওয়া খাইরা মা জাবালতাহা আলাইহি ওয়াউযুবিকা মিন শাররিহা ওয়া শারির মা জাবালতাহা আলাইহি।’

অর্থঃ ‘হে আল্লাহ! আমি তোমার নিকট তার মঙ্গল চাই এবং তার সেই কল্যাণময় স্বভাব প্রার্থনা করি, যার ওপর তুমি তাকে সৃষ্টি করেছো। আর আমি তোমার নিকট আশ্রয় চাই তার অনিষ্ট হতে এবং সেই মন্দ স্বভাবের অনিষ্ট থেকে যা দিয়ে তুমি তাকে সৃষ্টি করেছো।’

রাসূল (সা) বলেছেন-

‘তোমাদের কেউ যখন কোনো মহিলাকে বিয়ে করবে, সে যেন তার কপাল ধরে এবং আল্লাহ্‌ তাআলার নাম পড়ে এবং বরকতের দোয়া করে।’

এছাড়া নিচের দোয়াটিও পড়তে পারেন-

‘আল্লাহুম্মা বা-রিক লি ফি আহলি ওয়া বা-রিক লাহুম ফিইয়্যা, আল্লাহুম্মা জমা বাইনামা মা জামাতা বিখাইরিন ওয়া ফাররিক বাইনামা ইজা ফাররাকত ইলা খাইরিন।’

অর্থঃ ‘হে আল্লাহ! আপনি আমার জন্য আমার পরিবারে বরকত দিন এবং আমার ভিতরেও বরকত দিন পরিবারের জন্য। হে আল্লাহ! আপনি তাদের থেকে আমাকে রিজিক দিন আর আমার থেকে তাদেরকেও রিজিক দিন। হে আল্লাহ! আপনি আমাদের যতদিন একত্রে রাখেন কল্যাণের সঙ্গেই একত্রে রাখুন। আর আমাদের মাঝে বিচ্ছেদ ঘটিয়ে দিলে কল্যাণের পথেই বিচ্ছেদ ঘটান।’

স্ত্রীর কপালে হাত রেখে দোয়া করা সুন্নত। এভাবে দোয়া করলে দুজনের মধ্যে ভালোবাসা বৃদ্ধি পায়। আর এই নির্দিষ্ট দোয়াগুলো ছাড়াও স্বামী-স্ত্রী বাসর রাত এ নিজেদের দাম্পত্য জীবনের কল্যাণ ও বরকতের জন্য আল্লাহ্‌র দরবারে মন খুলে দোয়া করতে পারেন।

বাসর রাত এ সহবাস বা যৌন মিলন

বিয়ের পর প্রথম সাক্ষাতেই স্বামী-স্ত্রী সহবাস বা যৌন মিলন করতে পারবেন, এতে ইসলামের কোনো বাঁধা নেই। কেননা বিয়ের মাধ্যমে তারা উভয়ে একে অপরের জন্য হালাল হয়েছেন। নামাজের পর স্বামী-স্ত্রী দুজনে ভালোবাসাপূর্ণ পরিবেশ তৈরী করার জন্য কিছুটা সময় নিয়ে ভালোবাসা ও হৃদ্যতাপূর্ণ কথাবার্তা বলবেন, নিজেদের মধ্যে ভাব বিনিময় করবেন।

সহবাস বা যৌন মিলনের আগে স্বামী-স্ত্রী দুজনেই শয়তানের আক্রমণ থেকে বেঁচে থাকার জন্য এই দোয়াটি পড়ে নিবেন-

’বিসমিল্লাহি আল্লাহুম্মা জান্নিবনাশ শায়তানা ওয়া জান্নিবিশ শায়তানা মা রাযাক্বতানা।’

অর্থঃ আল্লাহর নামে শুরু করছি, হে আল্লাহ! আমাদের উভয়কে শয়তানের হাত (কুনজর-আক্রমণ) থেকে রক্ষা করুন। আমাদের (এ মিলনে) যদি কোনো সন্তান দান করেন তাকেও শয়তানের হাত (কুনজর-আক্রমণ) থেকে রক্ষা করুন।’

স্বামী-স্ত্রীর মধ্যে সহবাসের কিছু নিয়ম উল্লেখ করছি-

বাসর রাত এ নিষিদ্ধ কাজ থেকে বিরত থাকা

আবু হুরায়রা (রা) থেকে বর্ণিত, রাসূল (সা) বলেছেন যে-

‘যে ব্যক্তি কোনো ঋতুবতী (পিরিয়ড চলাকালীন) নারীর সঙ্গে কিংবা স্ত্রীর মলদ্বারে সঙ্গম করে অথবা গনকের কাছে যায় এবং তার কথায় বিশ্বাস করে, সে যেন আমার প্রতি যা অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে তা অস্বীকার করলো।’ এর থেকে বোঝা যায় যে, মেয়েদের (স্ত্রীর) ঋতু চলাকালীন সময়ে তাদের সঙ্গে সহবাস বা যৌন মিলন থেকে দূরে থাকতে হবে।

তবে সহবাস ছাড়া অন্য সব আচরণের অনুমতি আছে। পিরিয়ড চলাকালীন সময়ে স্ত্রীর পাশে থাকা, তার সঙ্গে সময় কাটানো, দুজনে গল্প করাতে কোনো সমস্যা হবে না।

আর সহবাস করার সময় পুরোপুরি উলঙ্গ হয়ে যৌন মিলন করা যাবে না। বিবস্ত্র হয়ে সঙ্গম করলে সন্তান নির্লজ্জ হয়ে জন্মগ্রহণ করে। তাই সহবাসের সময় অবশ্যই গায়ের ওপর কোনো পাতলা চাদর বা অন্য কোনো বস্ত্র ব্যবহার করা উচিত।

বাসর রাত এ সহবাসের কিছু সুন্নত নিয়ম

সহবাস বা যৌন মিলনের সময় নব দম্পতিকে কিছু নিয়ম মেনে চলতে হয়। প্রথমত মনে রাখবেন, কেবলামুখী হয়ে সহবাস করা যাবে না। সেক্স করার আগে দুজনেই ভালোভাবে অযু করবেন এবং পরিস্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন হবেন। যৌন মিলনের আগে বিসমিল্লাহ্ বলে সহবাস শুরু করবেন। সেক্স করার সময় স্বামী-স্ত্রী দুজনের মধ্যে ঘনিষ্ঠতা বৃদ্ধি করার জন্য গায়ে সুগন্ধি বা আতর লাগিয়ে নিবেন। আর সবশেষে বীর্যপাত হয়ে পরও বেশ কিছু সময় স্ত্রীর উপর শুয়ে থাকবেন। এরপর আস্তে আস্তে দুজনেই আলাদা হতে পারেন।

প্রথমবার সহবাস করার পর যদি আবার সহবাস করতে ইচ্ছা হয় তাহলে দ্বিতীয়বার সেক্স করার আগে ওযু করে নেওয়া ভালো। সহবাসের সময় স্বামী-স্ত্রীর একে অপরের সমস্ত দেহের দিকে তাকানো এবং যৌনাঙ্গের দিকে তাকানো জায়েজ। অনেকের মধ্যে যে কুসংস্কার আছে, স্ত্রীর যৌনাঙ্গের দিকে তাকালে স্বামীর চোখের জ্যোতি কমে যায়, আসলে একথার কোনো ভিত্তি নেই।

সহবাস এর পর ফরজ গোসল

বাসর রাত এ যৌন মিলন করার পর অযূ বা গোসল করে ঘুমানো উত্তম। অবশ্য গোসল করাই উত্তম। গোসলের সময় প্রথমে লজ্জাস্থানে লেগে থাকা নাপাকি ধুয়ে ফেলবেন। তারপর সাবান দিয়ে দুই হাতের কব্জি পর্যন্ত ধুয়ে নিবেন। এরপর নামাজের মতো পূর্ণাঙ্গ অযু করবেন, পানি দিয়ে মাথা ভিজিয়ে নিবেন। তারপর প্রথমে শরীরের ডান অংশে এবং পরে বাম অংশে পানি ঢালবেন। সবশেষে সারা দেহে পানি ঢালবেন।

বাসর রাত এ কি যৌন মিলন করা আবশ্যক?

অনেকেই প্রশ্ন করেন যে বাসর রাত এ যৌন মিলন বা সহবাস করা আবশ্যক কিনা? স্বাভাবিকভাবেই স্বামী এবং স্ত্রী দুজনের মধ্যেই বাসর রাত এ সেক্স নিয়ে চূড়ান্ত পর্যায়ের চিন্তা ও উত্তেজনা বিরাজ করে। অনেকে মনে করেন যে বাসর রাত এ যৌন মিলন করতেই হবে।

তবে বাসর রাত এ সহবাস করা আবশ্যক নয়, বাসর রাত এ সেক্স করতেই হবে এমন কোনো আইন নেই। আপনি আর আপনার স্ত্রী কীভাবে বাসর রাত কাটাবেন সেটা আপনাদের দুজনের ব্যক্তিগত ব্যাপার। বিয়ের কয়েকদিন আগে থেকে শুরু করে বিয়ের দিন পর্যন্ত পাত্র-পাত্রী দুজনকেই নানারকম কাজের মধ্য দিয়ে যেতে হয়। এ কারণে দেখা যায়, বিয়ের দিনে বর এবং কনে সবচেয়ে বেশি ক্লান্ত থাকে। এই ক্লান্ত শরীরে অনেকেই যৌন মিলন করতে আগ্রহী হন না।

সেক্স করার মতো এনার্জি না থাকলে বাসর রাত এ দুজন দুজনের সাথে খুব ভালো ভাবে গল্প করতে পারেন। এভাবে কথা বলতে বলতে একে অপরকে জড়িয়ে ধরে ঘুমাতে পারেন। পরের দিন সকালবেলায় একসাথে দুজনে একে অপরকে ঘুম থেকে আদর করে তুলতে পারেন। এরপর আপনারা বিয়ের পরের দিন অনায়াসে যৌন মিলন করতে পারেন।

বাসর রাত এ দীর্ঘ সময় সেক্স করার উপায়

বাসর রাত এ বেশিরভাগ পুরুষই নার্ভাস ফীল করে যে কারণে তারা যৌন মিলনে ভয় পায় এবং দ্রুত বীর্যপাত হয়ে যায়। আর বিয়ের প্রথম রাতেই যদি আপনি আপনার স্ত্রীর সাথে ভালো ভাবে যৌনমিলন করতে না পারেন, তাহলে প্রথমদিন থেকেই আপনার স্ত্রী র কাছে আপনার দুর্বলতা প্রকাশ পেয়ে যাবে। তাই সবার প্রথমে নিজের মধ্যে আত্মবিশ্বাস রাখুন।

যৌন মিলনের পুরুষদের একটা বিষয় খেয়াল রাখতে হবে যে হাত ও পায়ে যেন বেশি ভর থাকে। সেক্স করার সময় যখন আপনার মনে হবে যে বীর্যপাত হয়ে যেতে পারে তখনই যৌন মিলন থামিয়ে পুরুষাঙ্গ বের করে নিন, তারপর কিছুক্ষণ পর আবার চেষ্টা করুন। এভাবে অন-অফ পদ্ধতিতে করলে বাসর রাত এ দীর্ঘ সময় সেক্স করতে পারবেন। আর প্রথমবার ভালো ফল না পেলেও অভ্যাস করতে করতে একসময় সফল হবেন ইনশাআল্লাহ্।

ইসলামের সকল বিধি-নিষেধ মেনে জীবন পরিচালনা করার মধ্যেই মানুষের কল্যাণ নিহিত। সুতরাং, প্রত্যেক স্বামী-স্ত্রী উচিত বাসর রাত এ নামাজ ও দোয়ার মাধ্যমে মহান আল্লাহর নিকট কল্যাণ কামনা করা এবং পরস্পরের মধ্যে ভালোবাসাপূর্ণ সম্পর্ক তৈরী করা। আল্লাহ্ তায়ালা আমাদের সকলকেই উত্তম আমল করার তাওফিক দান করুন।
