কর্মজীবী নারীদের কিন্তু রূপচর্চার দিকে বেশ নজর দিতে হয়। তাই অফিসের প্রথম দিন থেকেই আপনার শরীর ও ত্বকের যত্ন নিতে হবে। কারণ চোখের নিচের কালো বিশ্রী দাগ, এলোমেলো চুল কিংবা রুক্ষ ত্বকে আপনাকে মোটেও ভালো দেখাবে না।

সকালে ঘুম থেকে উঠেই ভালো একটি ফেসওয়াশ দিয়ে মুখ পরিষ্কার করে নিন। এরপর গালে ময়েশ্চারাইজার এবং সানস্ক্রিন ক্রিম লাগান। চাইলে বেবি অয়েলও যোগ করে নিতে পারেন ক্রিমের সঙ্গে। আপনার স্কিনে যদি খুব বেশি দাগ থাকে তাহলে বিবি ক্রিম অথবা এক ফোঁটা ফাউন্ডেশনের সাথে ময়েশ্চারাইজার মিক্স করে পুরো মুখে আর গলায় লাগিয়ে নিন। পুরো মুখ আর গলায় কম্প্যাক্ট পাউডার ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।

চোখের নিচের কালো দাগ ঢাকার জন্যে আলতোভাবে মেকআপ ব্রাশ কিংবা স্পঞ্জের সাহায্যে কনসিলার লাগান। ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। মাঝে মধ্যে কাজল বা আইলাইনার অথবা মাসকারাও লাগিয়ে নিতে পারেন। ঠোঁটে পিচ ন্যুড কিংবা স্কিন ন্যুড রঙের লিপস্টিক কিংবা গ্লস ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। বের হওয়ার আগে সাজ-পোশাক শেষ করে পরিপাটি করে চুল বেঁধে নিন। সম্ভব হলে চুলটা আগের দিন সন্ধ্যায় তেল লাগিয়ে রাতেই শ্যাম্পু কররে ধুয়ে, শুকিয়ে বেঁধে রাখুন।

এটা স্বীকার করতেই হবে যে, মেয়েদের ফ্যাশনের সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ জিনিসটি হল পোশাক। সময়ের সঙ্গে পাল্লা দিয়ে পোশাকের স্টাইল পাল্টে গেলেও কর্মজীবী নারী হিসেবে আপনার এমন পোশাক পরা উচিত যা আরামদায়ক এবং আপনার অফিসের পরিবেশের সঙ্গে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ। তবে অবশ্যই খেয়াল রাখবেন আপনার পোশাকটি যেন মার্জিত রুচির হয় এবং পোশাক যেন উগ্রতা প্রকাশ না পায়।

একটা সময় ছিল যখন কর্মজীবী নারীরা পোশাক বলতে শুধু শাড়ীকেই বুঝতেন। অফিসের পরিবেশে হালকা রঙের সুতি, পাতলা কাজের সিল্ক বা জর্জেট শাড়ি অথবা তাঁত বা কোটার শাড়ি বেশ মানানসই। শাড়ি খুব একঘেয়ে মনে হলে পরার জন্য বেছে নিতে পারেন সালোয়ার-কামিজ, শর্ট পাঞ্জাবি বা লম্বা ব্লেজার। সিনথেটিক সালোয়ার-কামিজ পরবেন, খাটো পাঞ্জাবি বা কুর্তা পরলে দেখবেন হাত ও গলা যেন ভালোভাবে ফিট হয়।

চাকরির প্রথম দিন অনেক মেয়েই নার্ভাস হয়ে পড়েন কি ধরনের পোশাক পরবেন তাই নিয়ে। এক্ষেত্রে অফিসের ধরন এবং যে অফিসে জয়েন করবেন সে অফিসের বেশিরভাগ নারী কি পোশাক পরছেন প্রথমে তা খেয়াল করবেন।

সবচেয়ে জরুরী ব্যাগ

অফিসে একটু বড় ব্যাগ ব্যবহার করা বুদ্ধিমানের কাজ। মোটামুটি বড় ব্যাগে দরকারী ফাইল, আইডি কার্ড, টিফিন বক্স, ওয়াটার পট ইত্যাদি সব জিনিস রাখতে পারবেন। নতুন ব্যাগ কিনতে গেলে আপনার জুতার সঙ্গে ম্যাচ করে ব্যাগ কিনুন যেমন কালো বা বাদামি অথবা হাল ফ্যাশনের উজ্জ্বল কালারের ব্যাগ। তবে যদি ল্যাপটপ ক্যারি করতে হয় তাহলে আরেকটু বড় কিন্তু হ্যান্ডি ব্যাগ বাছাই করুন যেন ল্যাপটপের সঙ্গে অন্যান্য জিনিসও অনায়াসে নেয়া যায়।

জুতার কথা ভুলে যাচ্ছেন কি?

পোশাক কিংবা ব্যাগের মতো সবসময় চোখে না পড়লেও জুতা কিন্তু ফ্যাশনের বাইরে নয়। তাই জুতা বা স্যান্ডল নির্বাচনে একদম-ই হেলাফেলা করা যাবে না। আপনি পায়ে দিয়ে আরাম পান একইসাথে আপনার ব্যক্তিত্ব বজায় থাকে এমন জুতা নির্বাচন করাই ভালো। ব্লেজার, খাটো পাঞ্জাবি বা সালোয়ার-কামিজের পরলে সঙ্গে বেল্টসহ জুতা অথবা স্যু ব্যবহার বরবেন। আর কখনো শাড়ি পরলে একটু হিল জুতা বেশ মানাবে।

কর্মজীবী নারীর সাজপোশাক এ আরও কিছু

গহনা পরতে ভালো লাগলে তা যেন ছোট ছোট আর হালকা হয় সেদিকে খেয়াল রাখবেন। বেশী ভারী গহনা না পরাই ভালো। চুল লম্বা হলে খোঁপা, বেণি বা ব্যান্ড দিয়ে আটকে রাখতে পারেন, এতে কাজ করার সময় বিরক্ত লাগবে না। হাতে সুন্দর হাতঘড়ি পরবেন, সেইসঙ্গে পাতলা চুড়ি বা ব্রেসলেটও পরতে পারেন। আঙ্গুলে একটি আংটি থাকলে কিন্তু মন্দ হয়না। সবশেষে ভালো কোনো ব্র্যান্ডের পারফিউম ব্যবহার করুন। ব্যস, অফিসের জন্য আপনি তৈরী। আর বাইরে যখন বের হবেন, চোখে পছন্দসহ একটি স্টাইলিশ সানগ্লাস পরে নিন।

অফিসে দ্রুত প্রমোশন আর সুনাম অর্জন করার জন্য কর্মদক্ষতার সঙ্গে প্রয়োজন এক মার্জিত ব্যক্তিত্বের উপস্থাপনা। নিজের মানানসই লুকের দিকে একটু সচেতন থাকলেই আপনি সহজে অফিসের সাজের জন্য নিজেকে পারফেক্ট হিসেবে উপস্থাপন করতে পারবেন। তাই সারাদিন আপনি যতো ব্যস্তই থাকুন না কেন প্রতিদিন নিজের জন্য কিছুটা সময় বের করে নিজের যত্ন নিতে ভুলবেন না যেন।
