চুলের যত্নের ক্ষেত্রে খুশকি ছেলেদের একটি সাধারণ সমস্যা। যদি কারও অনেক দিন ধরে খুশকির সমস্যা থেকে থাকে তবে মুখে ব্রন হওয়া, চুল পড়ার মতো সমস্যা দেখা দেয়। মাথায় নানাভাবে খুশকি হতে পারে। মাথার ত্বক যদি অতিরিক্ত তৈলাক্ত হয়, যদি চুল নিয়মিত পরিষ্কার না করা হয় তাহলে সহজেই খুশকি হয়। স্ক্যাল্প বা মাথার ত্বক অতিরিক্ত শুষ্ক হলেও খুশকি হতে পারে। এমনকি মানসিক দুশ্চিন্তার কারণেও খুশকি হয়। অনেকের আবার বছরের অন্যান্য সময়ে না হলেও শীতকালে খুশকির সমস্যা হয়।

খুশকি হলে কি করবেন?

চুল ও মাথার ত্বকের সামান্য যত্ন নিলেই এই সমস্যা দূর করা সম্ভব। ছেলেদের চুলের যত্নের জন্য নিজের চিরুনি, ব্রাশ, তোয়ালে, বালিশের কভার যথাসাধ্য পরিষ্কার এবং আলাদা রাখতে হবে। এছাড়া আপনার ব্যবহৃত চিরুনি মাঝে মধ্যে ডেটল বা স্যাভলন দিয়ে ধুয়ে নিন। তাহলেই খুশকি অনেকটা কমে যাবে। ছেলেদের চুলের যত্নে খুশকি দূর করতে উপকারী কয়েকটা হেয়ার প্যাক বা হেয়ার মাস্ক সম্পর্কে এখানে লিখলাম-

আদর্শ জীবনসঙ্গী খুঁজতে

১. চুলের যত্নের জন্য মেহেদি খুশকি সমস্যার সমাধানে খুব ভালো কাজ করে। মেহেদীর সঙ্গে ডিমের সাদা অংশ, দই, কফি, এবং অল্প গরম পানি দিয়ে ভালোভাবে পেস্ট তৈরি করে মাথায় লাগান। এভাবে আধাঘন্টা রেখে শ্যাম্পু করে ধুয়ে ফেলুন।

২. চুলের খুশকি ‍দূর করতে অলিভ অয়েলের হেয়ার প্যাক লাগাতে পারেন। আধা কাপ অলিভ অয়েল হালকা গরম করে তার সাথে এক ফালি লেবুর রস মিশিয়ে চুলের গোড়ায় লাগান। ৪৫ মিনিট রেখে হালকা কোন শ্যাম্পু ব্যবহার করে ধুয়ে ফেলুন। সপ্তাহে ৩ থেকে ৪ বার এভাবে চুলের যত্ন নিন।

৩. চুলের যত্নের জন্য তেঁতুল গোলানো পানিও অনেক কার্যকর। এই হেয়ার মাস্কটি তৈরী করার জন্য পুরনো তেঁতুল পানিতে গুলে নিয়ে চুলের গোড়ায় ভালো করে লাগাতে হবে। এরপর ১০-১২ মিনিট অপেক্ষা করে চুল শ্যাম্পু করে ধুয়ে ফেলতে হবে। সপ্তাহে অন্তত ২ দিন তেঁতুল মাথায় দিলে খুশকি যেমন দূর হবে তেমনি মাথার চুলকানিও কমে যাবে।

৪. একটি ডিমের সাদা অংশ ও ৪ টেবিল চামচ টকদই নিয়ে এতে ১ টেবিল চামচ পাতিলেবুর রস মিশিয়ে খুব ভালোভাবে ফাটিয়ে নিন। মিশ্রণটি মাথার ত্বকসহ পুরো চুলে লাগান। ২০ মিনিট পর চুল ভালো করে শ্যাম্পু করে ধুয়ে ফেলতে হবে। সপ্তাহে অন্তত ১ বার এটা ব্যবহার করলে ভালো ফল পাওয়া যাবে।

ছেলেদের চুলের যত্নের আরও কয়েকটি হেয়ার মাস্ক

১. ছেলেরা নিয়মিত চুলের যত্নের জন্য মেথির হেয়ার প্যাকটি লাগাতে পারেন। মেথি চুলের খুবই উপকারী একটা উপাদান। নারকেল তেল গরম করে নিয়ে এরপর এতে মেথি গুঁড়া মিশিয়ে নিন। শুধু মেথি সারারাত ভিজিয়ে রেখে সকালে এটিকে থেঁতো করে চুলের গোড়ায় লাগাতে পারেন। এরপর মিশ্রণটি পুরো চুলে লাগিয়ে ১ ঘণ্টা পর শ্যাম্পু করে চুল ধুয়ে ফেলুন। সপ্তাহে ৩ দিন এই হেয়ার মাস্কটি ব্যবহার করলে চুল হবে ঘন, স্বাস্থ্যজ্জল ও ঝলমলে।

২. পেঁয়াজে প্রচুর পরিমাণে জীবাণুনাশক উপাদান থাকে। পেঁয়াজের রসের তৈরী হেয়ার প্যাক বা হেয়ার মাস্ক খুব দ্রুত মাথার চুলকানি কমায়। এছাড়া নতুন চুল গোঁজাতে পেঁয়াজের রসের বিকল্প নেই। পেঁয়াজের সাথে অন্যান্য উপকরণ মিশিয়ে বিভিন্নভাবে হেয়ার মাস্ক তৈরী করা যায়।  প্রথমত পেঁয়াজের খোসা ছাড়িয়ে নিন। তারপর একে চার টুকরো করে কাটুন। এবার পেঁয়াজের টুকরোগুলো মিক্সারে ব্লেন্ড করে নিন। এরপর রসটুকু ছেঁকে নিয়ে চুলের গোড়ায় ভালো করে ঘষে ঘষে লাগান। এরপর ২০-২৫ মিনিট রেখে চুল ভালোভাবে শ্যাম্পু করে ধুয়ে ফেলতে হবে। সপ্তাহে অন্তত দুবার মাথায় পেঁয়াজের রস লাগাতে হবে।

চুলের যত্নের জন্য পেঁয়াজের আরেকটি হেয়ার মাস্ক তৈরীর উপায় বলছি। অলিভ অয়েলের সঙ্গে তিন টেবিল চামচ পেঁয়াজের রস মেশান। এ মিশ্রণটি হাতে নিয়ে চারপাশ থেকে চুলের গোঁড়ায় এবং চুলের গোঁড়ায় লাগিয়ে নিন। দুই ঘণ্টা রেখে কম ক্ষারযুক্ত শ্যাম্পু দিয়ে চুল ধুয়ে ফেলুন। চুলের শক্তি বৃদ্ধিতে এবং খুশকি কমাতে এটি দারুণ কার্যকর।

৩. সারাদিন বাইরে থাকার কারণে ছেলেদের চুল খুব তাড়াতড়ি রুক্ষ হয়ে যায়। চুলের রুক্ষতা দূর করতে ও চুলের যত্নের জন্য পাকা কলার পেস্ট, মধু, লেবুর রস দিয়ে তৈরি প্যাকও চুলে লাগাতে পারেন করে। এছাড়া অ্যালোভেরা জেল চুলের গোড়া রুক্ষতা ও খুশকির হাত থেকে রক্ষা করে। এ মিশ্রণগুলো সপ্তাহে ২ দিন ব্যবহার করলেই আপনার চুল ফুরফুরে হয়ে উঠবে। চুলের যত্নে যে হেয়ার প্যাক-ই ব্যবহার করেন না কেন, হেয়ার মাস্কটি শুকিয়ে গেলে শ্যাম্পু দিয়ে চুল ধুয়ে ফেলতে হবে।

ছেলেরা চুলের যত্নের জন্য যে বিষয়গুলো মনে রাখবেন

১. প্রথমেই আপনার চুলের ধরণ অনুযায়ী ভালো শ্যাম্পু বাছাই করুন। বাজারে অনেক ভাল ভাল ব্র্যান্ডের ছেলেদের চুল উপযোগী শ্যাম্পু পাওয়া যায়। হেয়ার প্যাক বা মাস্ক লাগানোর পরে সপ্তাহে অন্তত ৩-৪ দিন শ্যাম্পু ব্যবহার করা উচিত। লম্বা, ছোটো বা কোঁকড়ানো চুলের সাথে অসামঞ্জস্যহীন শ্যাম্পু কখনো ব্যবহার করবেন না।

২. অবশ্যই শ্যাম্পুর পরে ভাল ব্র্যান্ডের কন্ডিশনার ব্যবহার করতে হবে। কন্ডিশনার চুলকে করবে ঝরঝরে। কন্ডিশনার ব্যবহার করার সময় অবশ্যই খেয়াল রাখতে হবে যেন চুলের গোড়ায় ও মাথার ত্বকে লেগে না থাকে। কন্ডিশনারেরে বিকল্প হিসেবে এক মগ পানিতে লেবুর রস দিয়ে চুল ধুয়ে নিতে পারেন।

৩. অনেকেই চুলকে বিভিন্ন স্টাইল করার জন্য, বিভিন্ন পার্টি বা বিয়েতে হেয়ার জেল বা হেয়ার স্প্রে ব্যবহার করেন। হেয়ার জেল যেহেতু অনেকক্ষণ ধরে থাকে এর ফলে চুলে ধুলোবালি আটকে যায়। তাছাড়া দীর্ঘক্ষন সময় ধরে চুলে জেল বা হেয়ার স্প্রে থাকলে মাথার ত্বকে সমস্যা হতে পারে। তাই জেল ব্যবহারের প্রয়োজন হলে অবশ্যই দ্রুত চুল ধুয়ে ফেলা উচিত।

৪. ছেলেদের চুল পড়া কমানোর একটি কার্যকরী টিপস হলো চুলে তেল ম্যাসাজ করা। দিনে কিছুটা সময় নিয়ে আপনার মাথায় বাদাম তেল, অলিভ অয়েল বা নারিকেল হালকা ম্যাসাজ করুন। এতে মাথার ত্বক সুস্থ থাকবে ও চুল পড়ার পরিমাণ কমে আসবে। সপ্তাহে ১-২ বার চুলে হট অয়েল ম্যাসাজ নিতে হবে। এতে স্ক্যাল্পে রক্ত সঞ্চালন স্বাভাবিক হবে। চুল পড়া অনেকটাই কমে আসবে।

৫. দিনের মধ্যে বেশ কয়েকবার মোটা চিরুনী দিয়ে চুল আঁচড়ানোর অভ্যাস করবেন। বারবার মাথা আঁচড়ালে মাথার ত্বকের রক্ত সঞ্চালন বৃদ্ধি পায়।

৭. চুল ধোয়ার সময় গরম পানি ব্যবহার করবেন না। এতে আপনার চুল রুক্ষ এবং জট বেঁধে যেতে পারে। ঠান্ডা পানিতে চুল ধোয়া খুবই উপকারি। তাছাড়া লবনাক্ত পানি চুলের ছত্রাককে নষ্ট করে, মাথার ত্বক জ্বালা করে এবং চুলে জটলা ধরায়। তাই চুলের যত্নের জন্য লবনাক্ত পানি এবং ক্লোরিনযুক্ত সুইমিংপুলের পানি এড়িয়ে চলুন।

চুলের যত্নের জন্য পুষ্টিকর খাবার গ্রহণ

অনেকেই চান তাদের চুল ঘন হোক। চুল ঘন হওয়ার জন্য অবশ্যই আপনার শরীরকে পর্যাপ্ত অ্যামিনো এসিড সরবরাহ করতে হবে। মাছ, মাংস, পনির, দুধ, ডিম – আপনার খাদ্য তালিকায় প্রতিদিনই এগুলোর অন্তত একটি রাখার চেষ্টা করুন। চুল পড়া রোধ করতে চাইলে সবার আগে নিশ্চিত করুন আপনার শরীর যাতে পর্যাপ্ত ভিটামিন পায়। আর মাথার চুল পড়ে যাওয়ার জন্য দায়ী কারণগুলোর একটি হল মাথার ত্বকে অক্সিজেনের সল্পতা। তাই চুল পড়া বন্ধ করতে জিঙ্ক আর আয়রন সমৃদ্ধ খাবার যেমন- মটরশুঁটি, বাদাম, কলিজা, মাংস, দুধ ইত্যাদি বেশী বেশী খান। সবার আগে শরীরকে পর্যাপ্ত পানি সরবরাহ করুন। আর চুলের যত্নের জন্য অবশ্যই আপনাকে ধূমপান ত্যাগ করতে হবে।

চুল পাকা সমস্যা

অনেক ছেলেদের অল্প বয়সে চুল পেকে যায় বা সাদা হয়ে যায়। অনেকে দেখা যায় বয়স ২০ না পেরোতেই মাথার অর্ধেকের বেশি চুল পেকে সাদা হয়ে গেছে অথবা মাথায় টাক পড়ে গেছে। অনেক কারণে অল্প বয়সে চুল পেকে যেতে পারে। আর পাকা চুল ও চুলে টাক পড়ার ব্যাপারে বংশগত ধারা একটি বিরাট কারণ। একবার চুল পাকতে শুরু করলে যদিও তার প্রতিকার করা যায় না। তবে হেয়ার ট্রিটমেন্ট চুল পাকা থেকে কিছুটা রোধ করে। চুল পাকা কমাতে হরীতকী, মেহেদিপাতা ভালোভাবে ফুটিয়ে টনিক হিসেবে ব্যবহার করতে হবে। এতে চুল পাকা কমে যেতে পারে। এছাড়া চুলের যত্নের জন্য জবা ফুল বাটা, গন্ধরাজ বাটা, আমলা বাটা একসাথে মিশিয়ে চুলে লাগালে চুল কালো ও উজ্জ্বল হয়।

প্রতিদিন নিজেকে একটু সময় দিলেই চুল পড়া, চুল পাকা, চুলে টাক পড়া, চুলের রাফনেস বা শুষ্কতা বেড়ে যাওয়া, খুশকির সমস্যা অনেকটাই কমে আসবে। সমস্যা শুধু বললেই হবে না, সমাধান পাওয়ার জন্য একটু কাজ তো করতেই হবে!
